What we do
Solving your communications challenges
We are a communications consultancy with a strong journalism pedigree. We go beyond the spin to help businesses succeed through intelligent strategy and exceptional content that resonates with, and influences, audiences.
Whether it’s crafting a critical communications plan, producing a suite of multi-media content or delivering a change management program in a way that minimises reputational risk, we’re here to solve your business challenges.
We’ve built and led high-performance communications and content teams across industries as diverse as tourism, hospitality, major events, construction and energy. We can step seamlessly into your business to provide short or medium-term leadership support, deliver major projects, manage critical issues or teach your teams how to write effectively and build relationships with the media.
Communications health check
Are your communications efforts missing the mark despite considerable investment in content?
PitchPerfect Media will move your business beyond the tactical and into the strategic through our diagnostic process aimed at resetting under-performing communications functions. We’ll conduct a full review of your activities, identify your pain points and map a new strategic path, including costs, timeframes and deliverables.
For businesses who want to realise long-term savings by managing their own message across all platforms, we also specialise in building high-performance communications and content teams.

Why the pigeon?
The pigeon is a much-maligned creature. But did you know it can recognise and conceptualise all 26 letters of the English alphabet?
Pigeons also have unique navigational abilities and have been used around the world throughout history for communications purposes by government, military and news agencies. In times of war, they carried vital messages and some have been decorated for their services in saving human lives.
Pigeons, it turns out, are quite the communicators. And we like that.
Next time you see a pigeon flying past, don’t assume it’s just stretching its wings.
